Great monkey bars.
These climbing bars are great! They are nice and sturdy and are vinyl coated so they will last a while. I can't keep my daughter off of her monkey bars now.
Sturdy
I used two sets of these for the monkey bars on our do-it-yourself playset. I chose them because of their heavy-duty feel. . . After installation I (250 lb man) hung on them and can attest to their heavy-duty build!

What is the weight limit on the climbing bars / monkey bars?

The American Society for Testing and Materials (A.S.T.M.) Home Playground Safety Standard (F 1148) limits all users to ages 2 to 10 with a maximum weight of 105 pounds. In order for PlayStar or any residential play set manufacturer to comply with this A.S.T.M. Standard, we cannot recommend anything outside of these limits. However, we do test all of our products well beyond this standard to make certain they will withstand the rigors of backyard play.  We choose to liken this to an automobile.  The manufacturer cannot recommend you exceed the Speed Limit although you know the auto is capable of performing beyond the speed posted.

Are screws included with this kit? If not, what diameter are the holes in the bars?

PlayStar part KT 77661 are the bars only. Sixteen #14 pan head screws to fasten bars are purchased separately. Please Order PS 7766 for the complete climbing bar kit which includes bars, brackets, hardware and instructions.
