Can this be used as a stand-alone tunnel? Or does it require attachment to a play structure to be used? I would like to use it as a tunnel on the ground for toddler play area.

The Adventure Tunnel kit is intended to be attached and supported on one end by a play set structure.

What is the length this will span?

It is 58 1/2" long.

How much weight can go on the top of the tunnel?

It is a flexible piece of plastic that is not intended to be stood or crawled upon.

Can this tunnel connect two playsets together?

It is intended to be added to almost every PlayStar playset. It requires a 21 1/2" opening to properly attach to a playset tower
